About the Book

granma and angelica at the cemetery

The story of Peels, Granma will be offered in an eBook format in 2015.

As I work on the book, I have found that writing about this very personal and difficult experience has been challenging. Often writing through tears as recollections flood my mind, I am reminded of the personal toll that having a relative with Alzheimer’s disease can take.

The sadness and depression associated with having a relative or friend with Alzheimer’s can continue even after the loved one has been relieved of their suffering, and writing this book is a form of therapy for me.

Stay tuned, as we will announce the release date and details as soon as they are available.

And thank you for visiting the Peels, Granma website.
